Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive your order (or the last item in your order, if it is delivered in several shipments), without giving any reason.
Returning items You must return the items no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You cover the cost of the return yourself, unless otherwise agreed.
- Log in to your account and start a return request at: account.gavnstudio.dk
- Once the return has been created, you can make a return label here: return.shipmondo.com/gavn-studio
- When we have received your return parcel, we will refund the amount and send you an email once this has been done.

Cancelling an order If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it directly from your account: account.gavnstudio.dk
Log in, go to your orders and select the order you wish to cancel. Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been dispatched. If you cancel, the full amount will be refunded.
Refunds We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs arising from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back.
